Luke 18:9-17

Truth: If you sincerely listen to the voice of God you will see yourself as God sees you. If you surrender to the Lord Jesus you shall be saved.

  1. SINCERELY LISTEN TO THE VOICE OF GOD
    1. The Scriptures say come and reason. Isa 1:18-20
    2. The Scriptures say we are all sinners. Rom 3:9-20
    3. Our hearts tell us we are sinners. Acts 2:37;9:5
    4. Our pride rejects God’s grace. James 4:6
  2. SEE YOURSELF AS GOD SEES YOU
    1. The Publican - Luke 18:13
    2. The Apostle Paul – Acts 9:5
    3. The sheriff, the best friend, the criminal, the child. Vs16
  3. SURRENDER TO THE LORD
    1. Repent toward God. Acts 20:21;11:18
    2. Have faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Acts 20:21
    3. Call on the Lord and be saved. Rom 10:13
    4. Whosoever shall be saved
  4. CONCLUSION: If you sincerely listen to the voice of God you will see yourself as God sees you. If you surrender to the Lord Jesus you shall be saved
